Blame It On The *2a3maal* Man

Life is shitty sometimes, we all know that it is either cause you screw up, somebody else screwed up, or just things did not work it..
Yes, it is a mess but it is what we make out of it.
Lately someone I know who is 28 years old really started to believe that her life is not what she wanted coz someone had put some sort of a spell on her. It was sad.. Really she believed that her misfortunes and let's face it she has got quiet a few were due to the fact that someone had put a spell on her *3amelaha 3amel* which was totally lame..
I thought that this is some sort of a denial phase that will pass but it only got worse.. She is now starting to hit some Shiekhs who can solve her problems here is when I was like *WTF???*
I started talking to her trying to convince her that it was a bunch of bullshit and her life's fortunes and misfortunes are solely based on how she makes her choices in life..
But she looked at me as I was insane and just said that I do not have to go with her..
I was shocked, yeah I have passed through some phase in my life when I thought that my mess was caused by some other people but I came to my senses and knew that others can be hell but only cause some how I made a choice of allowing them to be..

I am totally sad about this.. Have we reached the phase of believing that someone had put a spell on the leg of a cross-eyed ant and that is why my life is shitty??

We should stop blaming them and start looking at ourselves??
May be then we can know what really is wrong

Unfortunately a lot of people of all cultures not just ours, find it easier to deal with reality ift hey can blame it on someone(something) else.

However, it seems a bit more widespread in our culture. Maybe because we are more religious and so are more open to believeing in unseen forces? I don't know, but I know that it's getting to be a burden we need to get rid of if we want to advance in any walk of life.

If that were my friend, I reckon I woulda gone with her just to see what this is all about...I'm a bit curious like that :)

In fact, that's the same game played by some political leaders to keep them in power (as in the great "supermen" that will hunt evil and free the world)... it's always the "unknown other" that you can blame for anything and everything... and they (the leaders) would even "invent" that other if needed (ever heard about Operation Northwoods?)... it's the same reason that would vote an @$$ like bush in power twice.. a couple of times... a couple of bin laden videos and that's all what it takes

At some point we all feel the need to blame someone or something else for all our problems. It's a phase we sometimes go through and they key skill is to know when to stop overreacting, to have the strength to face your own mistakes and fears and decide what is best for you to go on, taking a different way. For some, realizing they are the only ones responsible for their lives comes easy, for others, it comes the hard way. We can only try our best to help them.

Yeah I know what you all mean, some times it is just easier to justify all the hurt and fuck ups on someone other than ourselves..It is just another way to justify how we have got ourselves into so much trouble..
I know that i felt sorry for her but i also wanted her to feel somehow respoonsible for her choices..
It is tough to be like that but some times we just need something a little something to tell us that WE ARE NOT THAT BAD.. SOMEHOW WE CAN BE DO GOOD..even if only once..
